There is alot of "free" reading material on the internet, mostly resources that are good, but very few "key" resources in theological/biblical studies. Resources like Matthew Henry's commentary, Easton's Bible Dictionary, etc. are everywhere.
There is a web site that is publishing on the web many of these works, but also many works that have never been free on the internet before. Key works, the works that define the limits of study in particular fields. It's called the Bible Centre, and for a small donation you can have access to the entire set of Word Biblical Commenataries, The Expositor's Bible Commentary, and many other good theological works.
